I am a registered psychologist with over 15 years experience in the field of mental health. In that time I have worked across several private psychiatric hospitals and not for profit mental health services providing both individual and group psychotherapy.
I have experience working across a range of moderate to severe clinical presentations including; disorders of attachment, grief, PTSD, depressive symptoms, and stress and anxiety.
I work with individuals across all ages, genders, and neurodiversities, as well as with couples and families. My approach to psychological wellbeing is person-centred and holistic -meaning I prioritise the person and their unique circumstances in understanding and treating symptoms. My primary focus is to establish a safe and validating therapeutic environment for clients to explore their understanding of their symptoms and build wellbeing.
In my spare time I love to paint, create with clay, and attend to my extensive houseplant collection!
